Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Gashix are digital downloads. Because digital products can be accessed immediately and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final once the download has been accessed or the download link has been delivered.

Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue refunds in limited circumstances where there is a legitimate technical, billing, or product issue.

May qualify

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be opened after multiple attempts.
  • The product description was significantly misleading.
  • Technical issues prevented download and support could not resolve it.
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.

Usually not refundable

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Software incompatibility if requirements were available before purchase.
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
  • Products that have already been downloaded and used.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request.

Review and Approval

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. We may ask for additional information to verify the issue before making a decision.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
