All products on Gashix are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.
Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive access to your files through your account dashboard. You may also receive an email with secure download links.
Download links are typically available within minutes of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, payment verification or system processing may take up to 24 hours.
Each product purchase includes a limited number of download attempts per product. Download links also expire after the access period shown on your order page.
If your download link expires or you need additional access, please contact support with your order number.
Products are primarily delivered in PDF format unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please make sure your device can open the specified file format before purchasing.
