After successful payment confirmation, your download links will appear on the order success page and inside your account orders page. You may also receive a confirmation email with access details.

No. All products sold on Gashix are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Downloads are typically available within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, payment verification may take up to 24 hours.

Log in to your account and visit the My Orders page. From there, you can view order details and available download links.

Most products are delivered as PDF files unless the product page states otherwise. Please check the product description before purchasing.

If your download link expires or you run out of download attempts, contact support with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, sales are generally final once download access is delivered or used. However, we may review refund requests for corrupted files, duplicate charges, misleading product descriptions, or unresolved technical issues.

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your card information on our servers.
